    Areas to remain

I’m organizing a vacation to Oaxaca about Easter with my partner and 2 teenage daughters. We’ll maintain Oaxaca City for Semana Santa then choose to devote a handful of days in the beach. Does any one have recommendations for areas to remain? We love to the appear of San Augustinillo or Mazunte simply because they appear quieter plus the swimming is safer. I’ve emailed quite a few areas I identified on the internet only heard back from two. Un Sueno appears like good cabanas but a little highly-priced. Posada Arigalan/La Barca is extra reasonable but I’d like someone’s opinion you never know the location. Other suggestions I’ve heard are Jazmin, Mexico Lindo, Posada Ziga. Any suggestions? Generally we would like a clean friendly, affordable spot around the beach exactly where we are able to walk to restaurants.

    more snorkeling HD – YouTube

With global warming taking place now, we are already loosing the worlds reefs and more and more dead zones (150 ‘dead zones’ in world’s oceans) are found in the oceans our generation and perhaps some of the next are going to be the last to see a living reef. Think about how animals on land are going extinct in the wild, only to be seen on preserves and game farms/zoo’s. This is also taking place in the oceans. music by Butterfly Tea 08 – Zanimoland Medley

West Indian Manatees – Florida – YouTube HD

Sus Ojos Se Cerraron (Your Eyes Are Closed) is the music accompanying the vide of the gentle giants, Manatees of Florida. We shouldn’t close our eyes to the plight of these gentle animals, swimming with them you can sense their gentle nature, they welcome us in their world and never pose a threat to us. We can’t say the same to the Manatee. The manatee on average, is facing several large problems. Most are habitat related, either due to a general loss of habitat, due to coast line construction and the increase in boat traffic that brings. As well, as development of the general area, which in turn brings more people to the areas they feed, and raise their young in. This creates run off, which creates problems in the water, and of course, the rivers need to be controlled so they are safe to build beside. Boat strikes are a big factor in everyday life for the manatee, and propellers do serious injury to them, even as far as amputating their tails, and flippers. They die of these injuries! When they move upriver seeking warmer waters, they face the “water control structures”. Floodgates, navigational locks, flood pipes, and drainage channels, all can trap the manatee and they can drown or be crushed. These are some of the main factors, they still get caught in fishing gear, and nets, along with the effects of the red tide and algae blooms, which decrease the amount of oxygen in the water. *** wiki.answers music is by Kendra Springer 04 – Sus Ojos Se Cerraron (Your Eyes Are
